 RETURNS POLICY

• To return any item(s) for an exchange or refund, please email info@offtherailsmag.com with your order number within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and we will email to you the appropriate returns sticker.
• Returned items must be unworn and returned with any packaging and all the original tags still attached to the garment. 
• Custom footwear cannot be returned.
